Generally, the outer shells of some models are dishwasher – safe, but we recommend hand – washing the inner liners to maintain their insulation performance.
What is the production process of your thermos products?
The process mainly includes raw material cutting, stamping, welding, vacuum – pumping, coating, assembly, and strict quality inspection.
How do you ensure the vacuum insulation of thermos bottles?
We use advanced vacuum – pumping technology and high – precision equipment to evacuate air from the double – walled structure, and each bottle undergoes a strict vacuum – tightness test.
How long does it take to produce a batch of thermos products?
The production time usually takes about 30 days.
Do your thermos products meet international quality standards?
Yes, our products comply with international standards such as EU FOOD SAFE STANDARD and USA FDA STANDARD ensuring quality and safety.
